She began her corporate career at McKinsey & Company in Amsterdam, where she advised clients in the oil & gas and renewable sectors. After a brief stint as an entrepreneur, she joined the family business, Allseas, in 2020, leading programmes focused on sustainability, organisational development and the professionalisation of large-scale project delivery.
In 2022, Stephanie relocated to Allseas’ Houston office, where she combined project delivery and commercial responsibilities – managing the installation of a major offshore gas pipeline in Mexico while leading business development across the Americas.
Since January 2025, Stephanie has led the development of Allseas’ 25 MWe high temperature gas cooled reactor (HTGR) programme—an ambitious initiative aimed at providing reliable, zero emissions power for energy intensive offshore vessels and onshore industrial clusters, while reducing operational costs and easing grid congestion.
She holds a Master’s degree and PhD in Applied Physics from Delft University of Technology.
